5Great for Binding  Apr 02, 2009 By Julz
This compression tank works great for binding. By putting it on and folding it up twice, you can turn C-cups into a flat chest. I recently worked on an all-female production of Measure for Measure and had my actors playing male character wear these for the show. It compresses nicely and still allows plenty of breathing room- plus they don't get too hot when folded up. You could wear one all day, almost every day and won't create discomfort.

5Serious compression  Apr 28, 2009 By Hardaway33
I have been looking for a serious compression tank top for the longest time now, and I happened to stumble upon this one through a search. After reading the reviews on this product I decided to give it a try. I wanted to flatten the nipple area, especially when wearing white tees, and for when I play sports. I'm very pleased to say that this product really delivered! Getting the tank on can be difficult through, but it's well worth the effort. It also has performed exceptionally well for me on the basketball court too. I normally wear a Large and I ordered a Medium (black) for the extra compression. If you need a little less flattening or compression order your true size. Will be ordering more in the near future!

5Wonderful Shirt, Better Price  Sep 25, 2008 By Thomas Thomas "BookBee"
This was exactly what I wanted. It was tight but not too tight ( I ordered a size larger to ensure that it was not too snug). All I wanted was just a little flattening around the nipples, and the shirt delivered, and it does not cling to your clothes like cotton does either! The best part is the feel. It feels like a second skin and as opposed to hot, nasty cotton. The hems are so well made; however, you can see the impression of them from outside the shirt, but ofcourse it looks like a tank top. The correct size would be perfect for someone who wants more boob control. The shirt is tight and the price is right! Buy one, it will be the answer to all those uncomfortable moments.

5Look good, feel good, wear safely  Apr 24, 2010 By RJ
These are very well made and inexpensive compression shirts for those who find the more "hardcore" ones too uncomfortable. The material is soft, breathable and the shape is such that it can be taken for an average undershirt so no need to worry about accidental clasp/zipper/velcro mishaps. A few notes:

1. These shirts run tight and everyone has different levels of comfort/compression needs, so think twice if someone recommends getting a size smaller than you think you are. If it's painfully tight it could damage your ribcage or cause Pneumonia. The Underworks site has their sizing listed in pulldown menus next to each product, so check that first before you decide to buy one.

2. The tag is made of a stiff material and can cut into your skin pretty badly. After you wash it, before it dries, you should be able to tear the tag off quite easily without damaging the stitching.

3. The inner stitching is thick and can dig into the skin after many hours of wear. An easy way to bypass this issue is to wear the shirt inside out. The stitching will show if you wear tight things, but it's not too noticeable in an average, loose shirt.

4. The shirt will probably ride up if you don't tuck it into something or wear a tight belt. If you can't tuck it, folding up the bottom above your hips and securing it with a few small safety pins works good and can also give a little more compression if you need it. If you decide to double/triple up like this, make sure you test it by breathing deep 2-3 times before you go out. Once again, if you can't breathe properly it could damage your ribcage or cause Pneumonia.

5. The material is breathable, but if you sweat heavily or put it on while your skin is damp the shirt can be a huge pain to take off. Wearing a normal undershirt underneath the compression shirt or padding your body down with some Gold Bond powder before putting it on works well for this issue.

6. I know I've mentioned this twice already, but I'll say it again. Looking good is not worth risking your health. If you wear it too tight it could damage your ribcage, cause Pneumonia, make you pass out, etc. People who buy their actual size and wear it normally probably won't have much to worry about, but if you go for that extra compression try and stay safe.

5Does the job very nicely  Jun 26, 2010 By Hans Drews
Gentlemen, let's call this what it is - a manzier (or bro if you are of the other camp). Whatever you call it it does the job it claims to do and does it well - it keeps the moobs under control and reins in the gut. Wearing this underneath I can wear shirts that were, in the past, just a little too fitted and made me feel a little uncomfortable about what I was showing off (you other heavyweights know exactly what I'm talking about). The shirt is comfortable to wear all day long. I do not find it to be particularly warm. It is a little tough to wiggle into and out of, but I didn't have to enlist my wife's aid or anything like that. I ordered the same size as my usual shirt size and it fits perfectly. Overall, I would highly recommend this product and intend to purchase more myself.
