5Look out weeds!  Jul 15, 2008 By Brian
Man, oh, man. This string can tear through some grass, weeds, brush, ivy, or whatever you can throw at it. I am using an Echo trimmer and had been using the line provided with the Echo when I bought it. What a difference! My trimmer was eating everything in site and it was even quieter than before. Get this stuff!

5I can't believe I am reviewing weed eater line... but it is worth it  Jun 16, 2010 By M. McCasland
I have an Echo SM-210... I've used Echo line, other stuff from Home Depot, etc. I thought "line was line"; anything work work fine.

However, I ran out. Being a Amazon Prime member, I didn't want to drive to the store, fight the crowd, heat, traffic, etc. I just purchased this and made the long trek to my front door to pick it up.

This string works way better than anything I've ever used. First, it is far more durable then any other "heavy duty" line I've used. I'd estimate I only bumped the trimmer 1-2 times to extend the line while mowing the lawn. I usually extend the line 8, 10 or more times.

The line also didn't get tangled or melted to itself like Echo line. It fed fine. It's easy to grip. It fits the head fine.

As stated, I never thought I would review trimmer line, but this stuff it worth the praise.

5So Much Value!  Apr 25, 2011 By Reynante
I purchased this trimmer line replacement about a year ago, thought it would be good to leave a review. I still have about 3/4 of the line left. It's come in so handy when you run out. I can trim to my heart's content. It's quieter than regular line only because it's has a twisted design. Not really a reason for purchase. The line is super strong and thick. I had to cut the line at an angle to fit into my trimmer spool. For the price, just get it. 230 feet! Hope this helps.

5Amazingly quiet quality trimmer line  Oct 30, 2010 By Onoñdaʔgegáʔ★
I was skeptical that any spinning plastic line could be quiet, but was interested to find out. I was truly amazed, as it really is quieter than any other trimmer line that I have used. I've tried probably every style and type available looking for one that is a little better. Although the cutting ability and durability of this line is comparable to the name brand I've been using, it doesn't have the typical high pitch that others have. The one problem with this, is I use the pitch to determine when I need to feed more line. Since it is so quiet, I have had to get used to visual ques rather than audio to let me know when to tap-feed the spool.

In conclusion, it does what it says. If you are concerned about the noise, then it is a good choice. It is a good quality line and I would recommend it.

5I'm impressed  Sep 23, 2008 By LawnMowRManLoco "Darryl"
I bought this line for my Stihl weed eater hoping it would be at least as good as Stihl line. It's just as good as Stihl line. It may even be better. I paid $27 for my last roll of Stihl line. Considering the quality and durability, $27 was a real deal. I expect this new line to prove itself to be just as durable. I'm impressed. Rarely do I ever give a product a high mark.

My annual income is under $8,000. I'm buying my own place and paying my own bills. I have to ration my food supply to 15 small meals per month. When I buy a product, I have to make a smart choice. Buying this line was a smart choice.
