Ordered two batteries and received them in a timely fashion. However, neither battery would hold a charge and were definitely used or defective. Sent an email to CellularFactory about the problem and customer service quickly responded and said they might have gotten some bad batteries. They promised to send replacements and I got one replacement, not two. The replacement battery actually has held up quite nicely. I sent another email to CellularFactory asking about the second replacement battery and they quickly sent the second battery. Haven't tried this one yet since current battery is doing well.
Bottom line: If you get bad batteries, contact customer service. Customer service seems to be quite good.

This battery looks identical to the battery that came with my phone, but it works so much better. It's holding a charge twice as long as the original battery had been.
Plus, it's *way* cheaper than if I'd bought it from Verizon.

To my dismay, after 7 long years of service, my ever reliable cel phone battery gave way and died when I needed it most. It just stopped accepting charge when I was out of the country. I decided to look around my area upon arriving back and luckily we have a Battery Plus Store and replacement for my battery was available. It cost me $42 including tax. To my dismay, after fully charged the phone only worked for 2 - 3 days on stand by and needed to be charged again exactly like the old one that died on me on its last few years of service. I decided to check the internet and was able to order one via Amazon.com which cost me $3.61 no tax, no s/h charges. Only pain was I received the item approx. 3 weeks. New battery was in perfect condition, in exact specifications and, mind you, can retain charge for 5 - 6 days stand by and 3 - 4 days on active use. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Amazon!!!

Honestly I thought that if this thing works it won't last for long but after several months so far it's great! Great price and great vendor! Really!
