Recieved this battery and put on charge for 24 hours. Will not accept charge, its useless. Not worth the effort to RMA.

I always was told "If it is to good to be true, then it's not"!!!! Why oh why did I not listen to myself ??? Oh well live an learn. I received the cell phone battery in the mail placed in the phone and it fits but does not work.. I called and called the phone number on the invoice and the recording states "this wireless line is not accepting calls now, please try again later". Well that sure is a way to run a business. I can asure I will not be TAKEN again by this company. I suggest you listen to your common sense and by pass this one.
PS. I would NOT have given this site 1 star but I could not post without at least 1 star.

I selected a five-star rating...not for the item, but for the merchant. As luck would have it, the battery was not the correct item for my cell phone (it is U540, while I really needed M540). I called the vendor and was instructed to return the items and a refund would be issued. The CSR with whom I spoke was pleasant and helpful, and the refund hit my account in a very short time. I will do business with this company again should they have in stock the items I need.

I read the good and bad reviews. I bought 3 batteries, when amazon was offering a special on free shipping. Paid around 10 bucks. I put one in my cell phone , charged it, and it worked fine. It held the charge as long as my original.
I just finished charging the second one. It is holding the charge.
I have not tried the third one yet, but I would bet it works as well.
It seems as if the poor reviews were older. Maybe they got a bad batch of batteries. I know Verizon no longer sells cell phones that use them. That is typical though. They keep on trying to get me to buy a new one. It would appear their strategy is to keep on introducing phones with new types of batteries. At this rate I will not be buying a new phone for 10 years or more with these extra batteries.
