This is a metal handled, glass mirrored item which looks like it is made in Pakistan. It is not surgical quality but quite serviceable and better than expected for the price.

I used to check for cavity that I can't see to make sure everything in my mouth is clean. The biggest issue I have with this is that it fogs up so I can't really see with this. So if you using it for something that doesn't fog up, go for it. But not for your mouth unless your cold blooded.

Looks (and probably feels) just like what the dentists have. Gets the job done, I was able to see behind my teeth in all the right spots...only problem is how quick it fogs up. The first try I was breathing and it fogged instantly...so I tried again while holding my breath...still fogged up in about 3 seconds.
