Well made and works great Jun 22, 2008
By M. Carter This is a great tool for freeing stuck screws. I used it to free the rotor retaining screws on a set of disc brakes. Plus this tool was made in USA.

Awesome product... Dec 25, 2009

This impactor makes removing stuck screws, nuts, bolts, etc. a breeze. I highly recommend this product for anyone working with vintage machinery, automobiles, etc. We all know how difficult it can be to get stuck fasteners loosened and this gem makes it easy w/o stripping them out and ruining them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This will cure the problem! FAST Sep 03, 2009

I bought this because I could not remove the torx bolts holding my engine thermostat housing down. Volvo, aluminum engine block, pictures of sheared off bolt's were in my mind (to much torque) This took about 20 seconds per bolt to loosen. PERFECT ending. I highly recommend this tool!

Saved my day! Dec 20, 2009

I'm restoring a 1955 Chevy BelAir. I've heard from others that it's almost impossible to remove the huge phillips-head screws from the door hinges. Most times, they have to be drilled out and the holes re-tapped. The impact tool showed up just in time. The screws in my car were as frozen as I expected them to be. But this well-built impact driver got the job done quickly. This tool performed perfectly. I'm guessing that it saved me a solid two hours of work on just this small phase of my project.

Worked well Apr 12, 2008
By A geek The product worked well. I needed it to remove some very tight screws. You twist the tool according to which way you want to turn the screw, place it on the screw, and then bash it with a heavy hammer. The impact drives the bit tightly into the screw and twists it a little bit thus tightening or loosening the screw.
My only complaint is that it came with no instructions at all so I had to experiment to figure out exactly how to use it.
