The Corona Clipper compound-action anvil lopper offers three-times the cutting power of conventional loppers. The unit features a re-sharpenable, Teflon-coated high-carbon steel blade with a 2-inch cutting capacity and is designed for a fast and precise shearing action, perfect for tackling dry and woody growth. The articulating four-bar compound linkage triples its cutting power (compared to standard loppers), and both the blade and anvil are replaceable, making this tool an ideal choice for multiple-season use. Other design features include 24-inch fiberglass handles that add extra strength and leverage, while the fiberglass handles also resist weathering. The unit's handles also sport extra-long 12-inch non-slip foam grips for added comfort. The lopper comes with a manufacture's limited lifetime warranty.

replacement blades and anvil May 28, 2003
I love this loppers and it took me awhile but I found the replacement blades. Call Corona toll-free, phone number listed at their website coronaclipper.com. These items are not listed on their website-Part #FL3420-1 (blade) and #FL3420-2 for (anvil). Hope this helps!!

Corona Clipper FL-3420 I found the Corona Clipper FL-3420 to be a superior clipper. However when trying to find a replacement blade, I could not get the replacement part.

This looper performs better than any we have tried. We maintain 25- heavily wood acres in the country. The Corona Clipper FL-3420 would cut a 1 to 1 1/2 inch diameter branch with less effort. I would like to reorder or replace just the blade. Regards, Kathy Ferguson

Great tool for general pruning. Do not believe reviews downgrading this product due to alleged false claims regarding blade replacement.
Those blades are available. I just purchased one. It is about $.... Buy it and have fun pruning.

Blade snapped on new 3420 lopper May 06, 2009 By Yardman
The blade snapped right where it's bolted on (bolt closest to tip of the blade) in the process of trimming a limb approx. 1" in diameter. This was like the second or third time I'd ever used the tool. When I contacted Corona about a replacement blade they immediately shipped me a new lopper at no charge. Five stars for customer service but one star for product reliability.

I had my clippers for almost 3 years then they broke. yes it sounds like i should be rating them way lower then 5 stars, but so not true. I was trying to chomp through a 2 inch oak tree in my hedges and i managed to break the arm on the clippers. Originally i emailed corona just to see about replacement parts, and lo and behold, 2 emails and a couple digital photos of the carnage later, my new clippers should be here in a few weeks. This product comes with a limited LIFETIME warranty. This is my 3rd set of bypass loppers and I will probably never change brands again. Until the big crack they did there job flawlessly. Well new pair have arrived, it only took 1 week to get them from the west coast.
